Yes! When you place your order with us (either online, via email or by calling) you can state if you want to pop over to us in Bexhill & pick your order up yourself. Please remember to bring your own bottles you wish to refill! It's always nice to see actual faces from time to time!!

We have a limited supply of plastic repurposed bottles that can be used. Alternatively, we have glass bottles for a £1 deposit each.

Please rinse out any returned bottles. We will wash & oven sterilise our own bottles between use to prevent cross contamination. If you're using your own bottles, cleaning is your responsibility

Yes! We have thoroughly tried & tested all product to ensure they are effective so we can personally vouch for them.

We are always looking for great new eco-products to recommend & expanding our range. We have chosen the products that we supply because we feel confident with their ethicacy, efficacy & affordability. If there's a product you really want to find a refill for please let us know. We will happily trial some out & supply it if we are happy that it meets our standards. Eg... Washing up liquid was a real bug-bear for me as a lot are simply rubbish in comparison to Fairy!! We were not prepared to just sell any washing up liquid just for the sake of selling one. We feel confident that the Ecover one is a strong contender, we hope you agree.

Well, firstly we think it's a superior product than recycled paper! In summary: Bamboo is Awesome. We use 65% less Carbon emissions than if we were using trees - reducing deforestation! Cheeky Panda source their bamboo from FSC Certified forests, and NO, the pandas don't go hungry - they eat another type of bamboo.

All of Miniml formulations are Biodegradable, Vegan, Cruelty Free & Paraben Free. Manufactured in The Yorkshire Dales. Proudly independent & family owned too. Because guinea pigs shouldn't be used as guinea pigs, Miniml perform zero animal testing or use any animal derived products. Miniml don't believe in single use plastic or recycling that's why we reuse & refill every bottle that they supply to create a completely zero waste supply chain. Miniml don't use Parabens, Chlorine Bleaches, Thiazolinones, Sulphites, Methylisothiazolinone (CMIT), Gluten, SLS, ALS, ALES, Formaldehyde or Phosphates.
